Company policy on age. We do not supply Knives, Knife making materials, Edge tools or knife accessories to any persons under 18 years of age. If purchasing any age restricted product you will be asked to state your date of birth at checkout to confirm that you are over 18 years of age to comply with the offensive weapons act 1996. As part of the 2006 Violent Crime Reduction Act it is an offence to sell a knife, Knife making materials or Edge tools to persons under the age of 18 years. These items can not be paid for by Postal Orders or Cash and for each individual item you will be asked to confirm whether you are 18 years of age before the item can be added to your basket.
Payment: All orders must be covered by full remittance, including insurance if required. International customers (including Eire), should make payment in pounds sterling by any one of the following major Credit or Debit Cards, Visa, Delta, MasterCard, Switch or Amex, all via PayPal secure payment processing or via Google Checkout.
Order value up to £50.00: £8 postage, up to £150.00: £16 postage, up to £500.00: £30 postage,Over £500.00: £50 postage.
Returns: In the unlikely event of any merchandise being found to be defective it will be eligible for replacement if reported and returned to us within seven days from the date of despatch.
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts if the delivery has been unsealed. A return of non-defective goods which have been unsealed for refund will incur a handling charge of 10% and the customer will be responsible for return postage costs. The goods must be in a resalable condition to qualify. A refund will not be issued until the goods have been received and inspected by us.
