How do I install a refill in my Zippo Rollerball Pen?

One refill comes with the pen and it is easily installed.

Remove pen cap

Twist and unscrew bottom of pen barrel from the main body

Remove and discard protective cap from refill tip

Place pen refill in bottom of barrel and replace main barrel body

Twist to screw barrel back together.

How do I install a refill in my Zippo Ballpoint Pen?

Remove pen cap (for most models, twist and unscrew to remove the cap)

Remove existing pen refill

Make certain there is a small spring at the tip of refill

If spring is not removed with the refill, turn pen upside down to remove

Place spring at tip of new refill

Insert refill in pen body and replace cap

Why should I keep my rollerball pen capped?

Keeping your rollerball pen capped when not in use will help prevent the water-

based ink from drying out as quickly.
